guidelines

first and foremost,   do credit me accordingly somewhere visible if you use any of my templates/psds and if you use the final product.   this is absolutely non negotiable.please do not spam me in small intervals on the process of your order.   a 4—5 day interval is preferred but please do not make it frequent.   consistent spamming will result in a definite block and will remove your commission in its entirety.i have the right to decline any commission if,   and not limited to the following;   it's not within my current abilities,   a packed schedule,   or if i'm simply not mentally or physically able to.   i learn concepts and techniques on the go,   and i may go through tutorials to further my skills.   please be patient with me!most of my works are meant for personal usage,   but i will be using some of your orders for my personal portfolio,   if this makes you uncomfortable,   please feel free to let me know prior to your commissions!i will post updates on various commissions on twitter and tumblr as well for showcasing,   although your personal information will always be kept private.   even so,   if you are not comfortable with this,   do let me know!please provide references for both the designs and type of sketch pose you'd like to receive.   i won't be able to proceed through your order with no knowledge on how to assemble your order. i will not copy or attempt another designer / artist's style.frequent customers will gain more access to plausible discounts and secret menus!   do keep in contact for more exclusive perks and consider buying me ko—fi! <3

process

accepting commission > 25% deposit > blocking &. sketching > rendering > final product &. upfront payment > delivery. this process should take about 3-4 weeks, depending on the bulk of your order.1.   accepting your commission will come in firsthandedly once you've approached my dms (tumblr/twt/discord) for a layout. here i will go through your order as well as calculating your full price before putting your order in the queue. if i don't respond to your order in a week, feel free to try my writers!2   25% deposit will usually be right after the confirmation of your layout details. this deposit is to simply ensure both of our commitments to the project and keeps me from forgetting it. (do take note) this is not included for small orders under $10.   eg; sketches or icons. if there are no updates in about a week, while i am holding your deposit, you are liable for a refund from me.3.   blocking and sketching are usually on par with each other, to where i will be formatting or sketching out your order, which will be at a 25% completion, any changes you would like to make at this stage are absolutely free of charge.4.   rendering is when more specific details to your order will be placed; colors and shadow, elements, psd coloring, and finalized formatting. your order here should be at 50% to 75% done. changes at this stage is still acceptable and free of charge.5.   final product &. upfront payment will come right after rendering, at this juncture your order should be 100% complete and a screenshot of your completed order will be sent. any changes here will be charged depending on the complexity of it.6.   delivery will be immediate upon payment! and will be made through a zip file delivered to you on discord or email only. i don't trust twitter nor tumblr to preserve any sort of quality.
